M.A.R.S. is a non-profit, officially registered charity, devoted to the rescue of stray, abandoned and feral cats in the Mississauga area. The Organization is run solely by volunteers, and is entirely dependent upon donations from the public and corporations to fund its programs.

M.A.R.S. is the only rescue group in the GTA that tests all their cats for Feline Leukemia and F.I.V. (Feline AIDS).

The cats rescued are immediately seen by a veterinarian and checked also treated for internal and external parasites, vaccinated and spayed or neutered. M.A.R.S. cats and kittens are adopted to responsible pet owners living anywhere in the GTA and surrounding areas. We are a no-kill charity.
